Program Description: Our Speed and Agility Program focuses on high intensity drills to help increase quickness, speed, stamina, coordination, overall fitness, and a knowledge for proper training. Most exercises will be done without a soccer ball. We will perform many soccer specific speed and agility drills and exercises intended to help the athletes on field performance. It will be a challenging clinic to help athletes to maximize their full speed and fitness potential on the field.
