At their Annual Recognition Night on November 9, 2022, the Delaware Youth Soccer Association announced their 2022-23 Annual Award Winners, and River Soccer Club was well represented.

Pat Hughes was recognized as the  DYSA Volunteer of the Year honors.  Pat, father of two, husband, and busy volunteer gives his time to our recreation and travel programs.

Howard Gerken was inducted into the DYSA Hall of Fame as a member of the class of 2022.  Howard is one of only six members to be inducted into the DYSA Hall of Fame. He was instrumental in starting the River Soccer Program and Indian River High School Soccer Program more than 25 years ago.  

Also in attendance at the event was Peter Bussa.  Peter is the Director of TOPSOCCER for RSC as well as the East Coast Director of the TOPSOCCER Program.
