River Soccer Club Complex

The overall project is to convert 45 acres of farmland, central to the area served by the River Soccer Club, into the premier soccer program and facility in the state of Delaware. There are 7 fields that are graded, seeded and irrigated. The playing fields will be designed with flexibility in mind. We will be able to change and modify both the size and directions of the fields. There will be parking spaces for approximately 250 cars, a concession stand, restrooms and storage facilities. After the outdoor fields are completed, the final phase will include the construction of an indoor soccer arena.

4x Full Sized Bermuda Grass Fields (#1, 2, 3, & 4)
2x Fully Light Fields (#3 & 4); 1x Partially Light Field (#5)
1x Oversized Field with Kentucky Grass Blend (#5)
2x Small Sided Fields with Kentucky Grass Blend (#6 & 7)
Fields are flexible in design to meet the USSF standards for any age group (4v4, 7v7, 9v9, & 11v11)
